ASPARAGUS PASTA | |
8 oz. pkg. noodles 1 lb. fresh asparagus 1 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Cook noodles according to package directions, drain. Wash asparagus Cut in 1 inch pieces and cook in small amount of water 2 to 5 minutes, drain. Return pasta to pan, add butter. Toss gently, add milk and Parmesan cheese and dash of pepper. Serves 4 to 6. |
