QUICK AND EASY SHRIMP CREOLE 
1 lg. can of tomatoes, mashed
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
2 bay leaves
Shrimp, cooked and cleaned
Cooked white rice
Chopped green pepper (optional)

Combine all ingredients, except shrimp and rice, cook until all vegetables are tender. Remove bay leaves and add 1 teaspoon sugar. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle top with chili powder (to taste). Add shrimp, JUST LONG ENOUGH TO HEAT THROUGH.

Serve over fluffy cooked rice.
