STUFFED PIZZA 
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 lb. ground beef
3 1/3 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. cold water
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (12 oz.)
1 jar pizza sauce

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Cook sausage and ground beef. Drain and set aside.

Mix baking mix and water until dough forms. Divide into 2 parts, one slightly larger. On floured surface roll out larger dough into 16 x 14 inch rectangle. Place in dish. Line bottom and sides of dish with the dough. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese, 3/4 cup of pizza sauce. Add meat and remaining cheese.

Roll out remaining dough to 13 x 9 inches. Place on top of dish and seal edges. Make small slits in top. Cover with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake approximately 25 minutes until golden brown.
