STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. hole mushrooms
1 lg. onion
1 stick butter
2 c. longhorn cheese, grated
1 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs

Cut stems and onions in food processor. Mix with butter and simmer about 20 minutes. Take off stove, then add grated cheese. Stir cheese into hot mixture, then add bread crumbs. Stuff mushroom tops. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, can be frozen.
