SAUSAGE BALLS 
3 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. medium or hot sausage
10 oz. sharp or medium grated cheese
8 oz. cream cheese

Mix all of the above with hands. Form small balls. Place close together on cookie sheet and bake at 325°F for 15 to 20 minutes. Can be frozen and cooked as needed. Cream cheese makes them easier to mix and gives a better flavor.
