SAUCY YOGURT JELLO 
1 lg. pkg. raspberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. chilled applesauce
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. yogurt, vanilla or berry

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Measure 1 1/2 cups: add applesauce and cinnamon and pour into bowl or eight dessert dishes. Chill until set but not firm. Chill remaining Jello until slightly thickened. Blend in yogurt and spoon over gelatin in bowl. Chill until set, about 3 hours. Makes 4 cups or 8 servings.
