YOGURT/JELLO PIE 
1 (3 oz.) box Jello (instant, any flavor)
1 (8 oz.) c. yogurt, any flavor
1 graham cracker crust

Mix the Jello with 1 cup of boiling water. Dissolve, then add 1 cup of cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Beat in yogurt and pour into crust. Chill until set. Garnish with fruit. Serve it with whipped cream.

Be creative - use any Jello yogurt combinations. Can use sugar-free Jello and yogurt!

You can also make parfait with this recipe - crumble the graham cracker crust and layer in crumbles, jello/yogurt, whipped cream, repeat. Let set. Very light and delicious.
