BEEFY MEAT LOAF 
6 slices bread (preferably high fiber)
2 lbs. extra lean ground beef (round)
2 eggs (or 4 egg whites)
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. prepared mustard
Salt & pepper to taste

Put high fiber bread in a bowl and pour on warm water. Set aside until bread is soft (about 10 minutes). Drain off all the water. Combine wet bread with remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape mixture into a loaf. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 10 servings.
