LOIS' GRILLED SWORDFISH STEAKS 
Lg. swordfish steaks, cut in half

MARINADE:

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. orange juice
2 garlic cloves, mashed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. pepper

Marinate fish for 1 hour in above ingredient. Grill about 4 inches above hot coals for 15 minutes, turning once. Baste frequently while cooking.
