LINGUINE WITH TUNA AND PEAS 
3 oz. linguine or spaghetti
1/2 c. frozen green peas
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
6 1/2 oz. can tuna, drained
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Cook linguine or spaghetti as directed; drain. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil, add peas, cook 1 minute; drain and set aside.

In 10 inch non-stick skillet, whisk milk and flour about 2 minutes until thick, add peas, tuna, linguine, and cheese; stir well. Heat through 5 minutes longer, then serve.
