TUNA AND PEAS CASSEROLE 
2 (6 oz.) cans tuna
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can full of quick-cooking rice
1 soup can full of water
1 pkg. frozen green peas
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix tuna, cream of mushroom soup, rice, water, and peas. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and dot with butter. Top with cheese. Bake for 45 minutes.

I substituted the frozen peas for a can of drained peas, the bread crumbs for three crushed cream crackers and added a tablespoon of prepared yellow mustard, a tablespoon of dehydrated minced onion, a teaspoon of salt and 1/2 a teaspoon of pepper and it added more flavour.
