TUNA - PEA CASSEROLE | |
2 c. peas 1 1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk 1 can drained, flaked tuna (1 c.) 1 c. crushed potato chips Drain peas, empty soup into buttered quart sized casserole. Add milk gradually and mix thoroughly. Add peas, tuna and 3/4 cup potato chips. Mix well. Sprinkle top with remaining chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings. |
