CHILLED TOMATO 
2 c. tomato juice
1 c. pared, seeded & diced cucumber
1/4 tsp. tamari sauce (wheat free)
Dash each salt, pepper, ground mace & ground cumin
1 scored cucumber slice

Combine all ingredients except cucumber slice in blender container and process until smooth. Chill. Garnish with cucumber slice. One cup serving = 1 cup vegetable.
