LEMON CHEESE LOGS 
1 c. sugar
1 c. unsalted butter, softened
1 egg yolk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. ground walnuts
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, melted
Colored or chocolate decorating sprinkles (optional)

Cream sugar, butter and cream cheese in larger mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolk. Stir in flour, walnuts, lemon peel. Refrigerate covered at least 2 hours.
