OVEN BEEF STEW 
1 lb. chuck beef, cubed
1 lg. onion, quartered
5 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 stalks celery, sliced
3 carrots, sliced
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. can water
Salt
Pepper

Place all ingredients in 3 quart casserole. Cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
