BANANA CRUNCH CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (with pudding)
3 mashed bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. dry coconut and pecan frosting mix
5 tablespoons melted butter.

Combine cake mix, eggs, vanilla, sour cream and bananas. Beat at low speed until well blended.

Combine butter, frosting (mix well.)

In greased tube pan put 1/2 batter and 1/2 frosting then repeat. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.

I also am looking for the coconut pecan frosting in dry form. Better Crocker used to make it but it is off the market now. I have been looking for a recipe to take the place of the B.C. frosting.
