FRIED RICE 
2 eggs
3 tbsp. oil
1 c. meat (shrimp, bacon, beef, chicken, etc.)
1 bunch scallion
4 c. cooked rice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
Salt, if needed
Curry powder

Cook each ingredients separately. Scramble eggs. Then add each ingredient. Stir well. Let set for 5 minutes. Serve.
