2 c. corn, frozen or canned, well drained 2 beaten eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper 4 tbsp. butter 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs 3/4 c. canned milk Arrange this in two layers in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle each layer with 1/2 cup of cracker crumbs, and dot each layer with 2 tablespoons butter. Pour over the layers the canned milk. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1/2 hour or until set. |
