HONEY PORK ORIGINAL 
2 lbs. boneless pork
1 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 c. water
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
Garlic salt to taste
Minute Rice
Chow mein noodles

Cut the pork into bite-size pieces and brown in frying pan. While it is browning, mix together in small bowl the gravy mix, water, honey, and soy sauce. Add gravy mixture to pork and stir until gravy thickens. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add carrots, simmer 5 minutes. Add onion and green pepper; simmer 5 minutes. Serve over hot rice and top with chow mein noodles. Serves 3 adults.
