GARLIC GRITS 
4 1/2 c. water
1 c. grits
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter (butter)
1 roll garlic cheese

Pour grits slowly into boiling water with salt added. Cook over low heat until done. Stir to keep from sticking. Add butter and cheese and stir until melted.

Beat eggs, add milk to them then add and stir into grits. Pour into greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and some corn flakes (crushed). Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 45 minutes. (You can save a little cheese to put on top with the corn flakes if desired.)
