1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
48 Hershey's chocolate kisses

Mix all ingredients and bake. Shape balls rolled in sugar on an ungreased baking sheet at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Unwrap candy kisses. When cookies come out of oven, put the candy kisses on right away until the edges of cookies crack.
