1 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 pkg. Hershey's kisses

Combine first 3 ingredients. Grease hands with oil or butter and roll mixture into walnut size balls, approximately 1 inch diameter. Bake on a cookie sheet for exactly 11 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and place 1 Hershey's candy kiss on each while hot. Allow to cool 5 minutes before removing to wax paper or foil to completely cooling. Makes 24 cookies.
