BAKER'S ONE-BOWL MINT BROWNIES 
4 squares Baker's unsweetened chocolate
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts (opt.)
2 (5 1/2 oz.) pkgs. miniature chocolate covered mint patties

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwave-safe bowl on High (100%) 2 minutes or until butter is melted.

Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; stir until well mixed. Stir in flour and nuts. Spread in greased 13"x9" pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.)

Immediately top with mint patties. Cover with foil; let stand 5 minutes. Spread melted mints over top. Cool; cut into squares. Makes 2 dozen.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
