PUMPKIN DIP 
1 -16 oz can pumpkin
2 -8 oz pkg. cream cheese
2 C powdered sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger

Blend all ingredients well. Allow to sit in refrigerator for several hours before serving so flavors develop fully.

Serve with gingersnaps, nut bread or apple wedges.
