SCROODLE SALAD 
1 lb. (16 oz.) curly noodles
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 small onion or green onion, chopped

Dressing:

1 c. oil
1 c. apple cider vinegar
1 c. white sugar
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix

Mix the dressing. Cook noodles and drain. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Stir and refrigerate for 1 1/2 hours or overnight. Stir again and serve.
