SALMON STEW | |
3 med. potatoes 1 med. onion, chopped 1 can (1 lb.) salmon, drained & flaked 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 3 c. milk 2 c. Half & Half 2 tbsp. butter Pare potatoes. Cut into bite-size pieces. Cook potatoes and onion in water to cover until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes. Yield: 6 portions. |
