KRAUT SALAD | |
1 lg. can Watanga kraut, chopped 1 (4 oz.) jar pimento 1 med. green pepper 1 c. onions, chopped 1 c. celery, chopped 1 1/4 c. sugar 3 tbsp. of liquid Drain kraut and reserve 3 tablespoons of liquid. Place kraut in large bowl. Chop pimento, green pepper, onions and celery very fine. Blend well with kraut and add sugar and reserved liquid mixing well. Refrigerate overnight. Will keep in closed container for weeks in refrigerator. |
