AVOCADO APPETIZERS & TOPPERS 
1 to 2 avocados (1 to 1 1/2 c.)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tbsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne red pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 to 2 c. mayonnaise

1. Mix ingredients.

2. Spread on wheat toast (8 slices).

3. Cut each slice into quarters.

4. Garnish with toppers (below).

TOPPERS:

1/3 c. finely chopped green onions
1/2 c. sliced cherry tomatoes
8 slices fried bacon, fried & crumbled
1 can black olives
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 c. snipped parsley

Mix and put on quartered bread.
