SEASIDE AVOCADO SALAD 
1 c. Kraft mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. dill
1 c. chopped cucumber
15 oz. canned salmon, drained and flaked
1/4 c. thinly sliced onion rings
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
3 avocados, peeled and sliced
1 head lettuce

Combine mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and dill. Mix well. Chill. Combine salmon, cucumber, onions and parsley, mix lightly. Arrange avocado over lettuce covered plate. Top with salmon mixture. Serve with dressing. Tuna can be used as a substitute for salmon. Yield: 6 servings.
