KIDNEY BEAN & PEANUT SALAD 
2 cans red kidney beans
1 (12 oz.) can red skinned peanuts
2 pieces of celery, chopped in sm. pieces
1 sm. onion, chopped in sm. pieces
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise

Wash and drain red kidney beans; add the peanuts, celery, onion and seasoning mix in the dressing, then chill. This recipe was in my family for over 50 years and I never heard of anyone preparing it outside of my family.
