BAKED BEANS 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. Great Northern beans
1 c. ketchup
1/3 c. molasses
1 c. brown sugar
1 lb. bacon, cut up
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 onion, cut fine
2 tsp. salt
Pepper

Soak beans overnight in water. In morning bring beans and water to boil and simmer until just tender (not too long or beans will become mushy). Drain. Put beans and ingredients in casserole and add liquid 2 inches over beans. Bake 6 hours in slow oven 325 degrees.

The Bielenbergs lived down the road from Bailey for many years. Mr. Bielenberg was the first mayor of recipe. This recipe starred at a Chicken and Bean Feed in Ojibway Park.
