FRESH FRUIT COBBLER | |
1 c. flour 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 c. quick or regular oats 1/2 tsp. baking powder Fruit (fresh apricots, cherries, peaches, or berries) Mix together. Spread half of mixture on bottom of 9-inch baking dish. Add sliced and sugared fruit. Sprinkle rest of mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees until fruit is done, approximately 30-40 minutes. |
