PORK ROAST LOUISIANA STYLE 
5-6 lbs. pork loin roast
1 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Garlic to taste

Place roast in heavy plastic bag. Combine other ingredients and pour over roast. Refrigerate overnight.

Remove roast from bag and place in roasting pan. Bake 4-5 hours in 325 degree oven. Baste with sauces and add more water if needed.
