POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
3 rolls Ritz crackers
2 sticks butter
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Cook chicken, cut into small pieces. Mix in soup and sour cream. Melt butter and crush crackers. Mix together and add poppy seed.

Put half of cracker mixture in bottom of pan for crust. Then lay chicken mixture and cover with remaining cracker mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
