BILLIE FITCH BOW KNOT CINNAMON
ROLLS
 
2 1/4 c. warm water
1 1/2 tbsp. dry yeast
1/2 c. powdered milk
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
9 c. flour
1 c. butter
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cinnamon

Dissolve yeast in water, add milk, oil, eggs, sugar and salt. Add half of flour, mix well. Add remaining flour until kneading consistency is reached. Knead 10 minutes. Put in greased bowl and let rise in warm place 1 1/2 hours until double. Punch down, let rise 1/2 hour more. Roll out small portions of dough 1/4 inch thick. Cut in strips about 4 inches long and 1 inch wide. Dip strips in butter, then sugar/cinnamon mix. Tie in half, know, place in ungreased muffin tin. Let rise until doubled. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 5 dozen.
