CHOCOLATE WALNUT MINIS 
DOUGH:

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup all-purpose flour

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine all ingredients for dough; blend well. Divide dough into 24 pieces. Press into bottom and up the sides of 24 ungreased miniature muffin cups.

FILLING:

1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup miniature chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

In bowl, mix all ingredients for filling. Spoon about 1 tablespoon into each muffin cup.

Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before removing from pan.

May garnish each with a dollop of whipped cream and 1/2 walnut before serving.

Makes 24 cookies.
