SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen, chopped spinach
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. herb stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
Salt and pepper

Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well. Mix drained spinach, cream cheese, and half of melted butter. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place in 1 quart casserole. Mix stuffing and remaining butter. Put on top of spinach mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
