ECLAIR RING 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

FILLING:

2 1/2 c. milk
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 jar fudge topping

Pastry: Heat water and butter to boil. Mix in flour and remove from heat; mix until dough forms a ball around the spoon. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Drop by spoonful onto a lightly greased pizza pan so that the spoonfuls are touching one another, forming a circle around the pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool. Cut in 1/2 and fill with filling.

Filling: Mix pudding and milk until it thickens a little, then mix in Cool Whip. Fill center of your pastry and drizzle fudge topping over the top of dessert.
