SNOW BALL CAKE 
3 boxes Dream Whip
1 lg. angel food cake
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. sugar
1 box coconut
2 env. Knox gelatin
4 tbsp. cold water
1 c. boiling water

Mix cold water with gelatin. Add 1 cup boiling water and crushed pineapple; add sugar and lemon juice. Chill until partly jelled. Whip 2 envelopes of Dream Whip and add to gelatin mix.

Line bowl with wax paper. Pinch cake into small pieces. Place layer of cake and layer of gelatin. Mix and repeat until you use it all. Chill overnight. Turn out on plate. Whip other envelope of Dream Whip and ice cake with it. Sprinkle with coconut. (Do not have to use all of coconut.) Keep cake in refrigerator.
