Jiffy cake mix or half reg. cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and beat with mixer
2 c. milk
1 pkg. instant pudding (dry)

Combine the 3 together. 1 lg. container Cool Whip 1 c. chopped nuts

Bake cake, using directions for Jiffy cake mix. Layer pudding mixture over cake. Follow with pineapple, Cool Whip, and nuts. Keep in refrigerator. Put cherry halves on top, if desired.
