SEAFOOD LASAGNE 
3/4 lb. lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
4 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. small cooked shrimp
12 oz. imitation crabmeat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. white wine
1 med. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
Basil and parsley to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated cheese

Melt butter in pan and saute onions. (Do not let them get brown.) Add shrimp, crabmeat; simmer for about 10 minutes. Add soup, wine, herbs, salt and pepper. Let simmer another 10 minutes. Put noodles in pan just like regular lasagne.

Slice cream cheese and put between layer 1 and 2. At the top sprinkle grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
