SEAFOOD LASAGNE 
6 1/2 oz. crab
6 1/2 oz.) plus) frozen shrimp, thawed
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 c. Corn Chex cereal, crushed
2 tbsp. chopped onion

Combine above 6 ingredients. Combine: 1 c. sour cream 1 c. ricotta cheese 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. Italian herb seasoning 2 tbsp. sherry

Combine with top 6 ingredients. Cook six lasagne noodles. Grease a 2 quart shallow baking dish. Layer 1/2 noodles in bottom of dish. Cover with 1/2 seafood mixture and 1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Can prepare the day before and refrigerate.
