DA KINE BBQ 
1 slab pork spareribs (split)
2 chickens (cut up)
1 pkg. hot dogs
1 c. soy sauce (8 oz.)
1 sm. can pineapple
1 c. brown sugar (8 oz.)
3 tbsp. ground allspice
1 tbsp. ground thyme
2 tbsp. ground mustard
1 clove crushed garlic
1/3 lb. crushed fresh ginger
1/2 c. wine or beer

Cut the meat to suit your barbequeing preferences. Place meat in large marinating pan. Add the ingredients in any order. Soak (marinate) for 3 hours or more. Start the grill; when charcoals are grey place meat on grill. Do not burn the meat but let it get crispy and keep turning until cooked (cover if weber if used). Enjoy and lick your fingers.
