RICE SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. link sausage, cut fine
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 med. bunch celery, chopped
5 1/2 c. water
2 envelopes Lipton noodle soup
1 c. regular rice
1 lg. can mushrooms
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Brown sausage in skillet. Remove sausage and add onion, green pepper, and celery to fat. Simmer until soft. Boil water. Add soup and rice. Boil 7 minutes. Combine entire mix and add mushrooms and almonds. Pour into greased baking dish. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
