CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 lg. Jello's (strawberry)
3 cans whole cranberry sauce
2 c. nuts, chopped
2 Red Delicious apples (lg.), chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (drained)

In a 5 quart pan dissolve 2 Jello's in 4 cups of boiling water. Let cool and set aside. While Jello is cooling chop the nuts, celery and apples. Drain can of pineapple very well and set aside.

Now open and place all 3cans of whole cranberry sauce in Jello liquid and stir until mixed good. Then pour in nuts, celery, apples and stir very good. Next pour in crushed pineapple and stir. Now place in refrigerator overnight. The mixture will be solid like Jello so stir good before serving the next day.
