PUMPKIN COCONUT PIE 
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. pumpkin
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
1 c. coconut
1 c. sugar
Whipped cream for topping
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. corn syrup

In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, corn syrup, eggs, pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, salt and vanilla. To this add coconut and walnuts, stirring in. Pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 55 to 60 minutes, pie should be tested with a knife at the center. Top with whipping cream.
