GUACAMOLE DIP 
1 avocado
8 oz. cream cheese
Some garlic salt to taste
3/4 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Blend. Spread on dinner plate and chill. Just before serving, layer on top any combination of: shredded lettuce, green onions, sliced green olives, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, green pepper, mushrooms. Serve with tostada chips.
