BARBEQUED BEEF 
4 1/2 - 6 lb. beef roast
1/2 c. vinegar
20 oz. catsup or barbeque sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
2 bay leaves
2 c. water
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix the above ingredients and pour over beef. Cook for 4 hours at 300 degrees. After 4 hours pick beef apart with a fork. Remove bone and fat. Add 1/8 cup sugar. Cook another hour at 300 degrees. Can use round steak.
