PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
5 or 6 pork chops or pork steaks
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 med. onions, sliced
1 (no.1) can pork 'n beans, drained
1 can vegetarian beans or barbecue beans
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard

Brown chops or steaks on both sides. Season with salt and pepper and place in baking dish. Brown onion in pan where chops were browned. Add beans and other ingredients. Pour over chops and cover with foil. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes in preheated oven at 350 degrees.

Good with baked potato and applesauce.
