NO FAT BROWNIES 
3 eggs whites
2 tbsp. oil (Canola is best)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites, oil and vanilla together with a fork.

1 c. sugar
1 banana, mashed
1 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1/3 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. nuts

Add sugar, mix well. Add mashed bananas. Add flour, cocoa, oatmeal and nuts. Mix well. Put into an 8 inch greased pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
